A Florida property professional has been named as the Official Real Estate Agent of the Tampa Bay Rays.
Jennifer Zales, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Tampa, can now directly showcase her luxury listings to Rays fans, the front office and Major League Baseball players.
The realtor, who is ranked among the Top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide, can also network with the other corporate partners of the Rays organization and have a marketing presence in the stadium and premium seating areas.
Jennifer Zales says, “Florida residency makes a lot of sense for athletes who either play for one of our teams, or who enjoy our region during Spring Training camps. I look forward to showcasing my luxury listings and educating these buyers in all that Tampa Bay has to offer.”
In addition to sports and entertainment real estate, Ms Zales will expand her practice in representing buyers and sellers of Tampa Bay’s finest luxury homes.
The new Rays partnership will provide exclusive marketing opportunities and direct access to specialized clientele for her listings.
Jeff Cogen, Chief Business Officer of the Tampa Bay Rays, says, “The Rays are happy to welcome Jennifer Zales into our family of corporate partners as the official real estate agent.
“Jennifer’s expertise in our region’s burgeoning real estate market can be an asset to our fans and stakeholders, and we are glad to be a platform for that connection.”
