Waterfront estate in Largo hits the market for nearly $12 million

A massive custom home on the intracoastal waterfront that includes its own indoor gun range is on the market for nearly $12 million.

The 9,149-square-foot home at 204 Harbor View Lane in Largo is listed at $11.6 million or $1,267 per square foot. Jennifer Zales, an agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Tampa, is marketing the property for sale.

The owners, Todd and Shelia Siegel, built the home after the $156 million sale of Todd Siegel‘s former company, MTS Medication Technologies Inc., to Omnicell in 2012. The home wrapped up construction in 2016.

Todd Siegel is now president of Centered Solutions Inc., an international supplier and consulting firm in the pharmaceutical industry.

“Mr. Siegel is currently developing business interests overseas which involve extensive travel,” Zales said in a statement. “Since this is a strong time in the luxury real estate market, and buyers are flocking to new construction, it made sense to list the property at this time.”

The home was built for entertaining, according to the property listing, with professional grade appliances and an outdoor kitchen as well as a 250-bottle wine room. It offers waterfront views and deep-water access but is out of the flood zone. It has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.

At $11.6 million and well over $1,000 per square foot, the home is priced at the very upper end of the Tampa Bay luxury market. In April, famed Century Oaks estate on Clearwater Harbor sold for $11.18 million. While that’s a much larger property, with the main house alone around 17,000 square feet, it was built in 1925 and not a comparable property.
